About the Role
Atelerix is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive global sales and expand its market presence. This role is not just about meeting sales targets—it’s about leading a transformation in bioscience storage and transportation. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and penetrating new markets with cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Strategic Sales Execution: Implement sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets and disrupt industry norms.
Market Expansion: Provide strategic insights into global sales channels and market entry strategies.
Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, align customer needs with company solutions, and prioritise high-value opportunities.
CRM Optimisation: Manage and enhance the HubSpot CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
Global Engagement: Travel internationally to meet clients, host site visits, and represent Atelerix at key industry events.
Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and manage a global sales team, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales trends, report findings to leadership, and identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.

Preferred Experience
Proven track record in sales within the life sciences sector, particularly in research or manufacturing.
Strong understanding of drug discovery and/or diagnostics markets.
Experience leading sales teams or stepping into a managerial role.
Demonstrated success in displacing established brands or influencing customers to adopt new operational procedures.
