Quality Engineer/QA Officer

 
 

SRG is seeking a Quality Engineer or QA Officer to join a leading company based in the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for a quality-focused professional looking for a new challenge in a collaborative environment that prioritizes quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and coordinate day-to-day complaint investigations.

  • Analyse investigation data and produce technical reports.

  • Initiate projects based on identified data trends.

  • Lead root cause analysis for quality investigations.

  • Support and participate in internal and external audits.

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives across the business.

  • Provide support to Quality and Regulatory teams.

  • Ensure all duties comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements

  • A relevant scientific degree and/or equivalent industry experience.

  • Previous experience in a Quality function within a GMP environment.

  • Experience with continuous improvement activities.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to analyse problems and implement solutions.

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritisation skills.
