We currently work within the seaweed farming and controlled environment agriculture industries.


Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join our company as a key member of our team. We're looking for someone with a passion for sustainable agriculture, a knack for innovation, and a keen entrepreneurial mindset. This unique role offers the chance to be an integral part of a promising startup with substantial potential rewards. While technical skills are valuable, they are not the sole focus of this position. We're interested in individuals who are eager to take on a wide range of responsibilities to drive our company forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Play a central role in maintaining and developing our product and service.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, consistently generating new ideas and pushing the company forward.

  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying new paths and opportunities for the company.

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and branding strategies to position our software as a leading solution in sustainable agriculture.

  • Conduct market research and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.

  • Directly contact potential clients and showcase our software.

  • Willingness to work on-site with clients across Europe.

  • Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales through active prospecting.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.


Requirements

  • Familiarity with operational software and experience in developing or using Power BI dashboards.

  • Strong business acumen and a passion for sustainable agriculture.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and a demonstrated ability to drive a variety of business functions.

  • Adept at thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

  • Desired: Proficiency in the complete web application development lifecycle, encompassing both back-end and front-end aspects.
