SRG is thrilled to partner with a world-renowned healthcare company to find a Bioprocess Engineer/Specialist to join their Manufacturing, Science & Technology (MSAT) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue GMP batch records for manufacturing

  • Review, approve, and manage manufacturing documentation

  • Define scale-up criteria from development to manufacturing

  • Develop process mass balances and flow diagrams

  • Design and specify large-scale manufacturing equipment

  • Assess and define materials for GMP manufacturing

  • Generate quality documentation for raw materials and equipment

  • Work within the QMS, conducting investigations and implementing CAPAs & change controls

  • Project manage process introductions to manufacturing

  • Perform risk assessments and evaluate process materials

What You Need

  • Degree in a scientific or technical discipline (or equivalent industry experience

  • Proven experience in GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing or process development

  • Strong project management skills

  • Experience in process scale-up and technical transfer

  • Ability to write GMP batch records and documentation

  • Strong leadership, organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
